Navigate 360 EMS APP

Setup the Smartphone app and sign in with Clever:

  • Click HERE for step-by-step instructions.
  • Only teachers with classes assigned to them in CSIU have access to Clever. If you do not fall under that category, the tech department will need to create a Nav360 account for you using your district email address. 

Quick steps to use the app:

  • Open Navigate 360 App
  • Click on “Emergency” 
    • This will be specific to the event:  For example - if it’s a fire drill - “fire emergency” will appear - click on this
  • Under the title “Are you safe?”
    • Click on “I’m safe” (if you are safe)
  • Under the title “Select your rosters”
    • Click on “choose roster”
    • Choose the period/roster that applies by clicking on the toggle - it will turn blue
    • Click on red tab “account for students”
    • Account for students by selecting appropriate choice for each student (missing, accounted for or absent)
    • Click on “respond”

To Clear/Reset your selected roster:

  • You can only do this during an active event. 
  • Click on “home” tab at the bottom of the screen
  • Under the title “My rosters” in the upper right corner in red click on “see full roster”
  • Click on settings wheel in the upper right corner
    • Choose the period/roster that is currently selected - and click on it so it toggles off from blue to gray
    • Click on the back arrow TWICE - you should be back to the emergency dashboard where you can “select your rosters” and “choose roster”
